This publication is a photographic exploration by BYT's founder, Japanese designer Mio Kamiya. All photographs have been taken during her various and frequent research travels. The poetic images of daily life stands both individually and as inspirations to BYT's collections and developments of everyday objects, which do include garments. This is the first book by Tokyo based Nidi Gallery Press, it is designed by Daichi Aijima, director of the art book label DOOKS. Photographs are authored by Tokyo based Mio Kamiya.
